County Hall

County Hall is the Administrative Centre of Durham County Council. The building stands in 248 acres of parkland on a hill overlooking the historic City of Durham, a world heritage site.

Three committee rooms, the Council Chamber and the Durham Room affords space for exhibitions, wedding ceremonies, concerts, conferences and meetings.

Meeting rooms are equipped with audio visual equipment and are comfortably furnished and are adaptable for most uses. All can be hired independently of catering services or in conjunction with them. Availability is restricted to week day evenings and Saturdays.
